Co-assist app for iPhone and iPad

Co-assist developed a watch for elders to alert anytime and everywhere. This watch is used to signal an alert manually or automatically with falls detection and, for people suffering from neurodegenerative diseases, geofencing.

-- The App is for helpers only. You need an account linked to a Co-assist alert system to make it work --

- IN ORDER TO REACT QUICKLY YOU MUST HAVE ALL NECESSARY INFORMATION
You will receive a notification on the Co-assist App each time an alert is triggered. Then you will know which type of alert is concerned (button alert, fall alert, exit from the defined area). The included map on the app will guide you toward the location of the watch holder. By clicking on "Go there", the GPS of your smartphone will suggest you the quickest itinerary to go to the location.
The geolocation of the watch holder is updated in realtime on the app’s map.

- INFORM THE OTHER HELPERS
If you decide to handle the alert, click on the corresponding button and go to the given location. Once the watch holder had been taken care of, update the alert situation by clicking on "Close the alert". The other helpers will be automatically informed in the chat section of the app.

- FOLLOW THE ALERT PROGRESS
In the Chat section, once an alert had been triggered you will know which helper had been contacted at first by Co-assist, if one of them had handled the alert and also if the alert had been close.

- CALL FOR EMERGENCIES SERVICES
If all the helpers are unable to react to the alert, you can directly call for emergencies services by clicking on the "Call for emergencies". Be aware, emergencies services in case of false alarm might charge you.

- CHAT WITH THE OTHER HELPERS
At any-time, you are able to chat with the other helpers in the chat section. Remember to keep them updated about the progress of the situation in order to reinsure everyone. You also have the possibility to call them directly through the app.
